YOOGLE The original wide-width metal coil and thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) single/double-sided co-extrusion composite technology combines the rigidity of metal with the characteristics of rubber, providing vast opportunities for more industrial applications.
The thermoplastic vulcanizate we use has core performance comparable to ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber, and some properties are close to nitrile rubber (NBR) and chloroprene rubber (CR). The material exhibits significant advantages in elasticity, temperature resistance, weather resistance, and aging resistance.
